This is regarding the matter of the County of Vermilion River permitting Cargil to increase the height of the fertilizer elevator in the flight path of the airport.
The Town took the matter to the land and Property Rights Tribunal.
This Preliminary hearing of the Land and Property Rights Tribunal was held September 12, 2023. It was presented to town council September 19, 2023. This documentd is also found on CANLII.ORG.

In the Decision section, it says the actual hearing will occur November 28 & 29, 2023.
Curiously, there are no other documents on CANLII referring to this matter, neither November 28-29, 2023, nor any other time.
