This is regarding the matter of the County of Vermilion River permitting Cargil to increase the height of the fertilizer elevator in the flight path of the airport.

This was supposed to go to a hearing on November 28 & 29, 2023.
That never happened, apparently.
This casual comment in the director’s report is the only follow-up found in the town website.

Given that the hearing never happened, what exactly are the details of “the resolution resolved to the town’s satisfaction”?
