Twice-lost letter from doctor who depends on the airport to fly in to perform procedures at the hospital.

Dr Kroeker sent this powerful letter to the Mayor and Council, and to the Airport Advisory Committee.
It was not presented as Correspondence at the next council meeting.
The Director of Infrastructure and Planning’s reply when asked about it a month later at the July 18, 2023 Airport Advisory Committee meeting was, it “had not been received”.
Subsequent efforts, if any, to find it were unsuccessful. A town counsellor said they had all seen the letter. It was not presented as correspondence at a council meeting because, that was not specifically requested.
The Airport Advisory Committee re-submitted the letter, this time specifically requesting it be presented to town council as correspondence.
The letter was simply flashed on the screen “for information” at the March 19, 2024 council meeting:

Sadly, the letter was not read out to the meeting. Not a single councilor or staff person made a comment.
