This very glossy publication is apparently paid articles for advertising, meaning the town may have paid to insert the article.
The August 2024 edition (Civil and Municipal Volume 5, Issue 8) includes an article titled: “Vermilion: Small Town Big Impact“.
The airport rates a short paragraph on Page 310, with a quote attributed to Kevin Martin.
